Why type of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks, and money orders. Please contact us
via email at: mail@myprivatestock.com
to pay with a check or money order. US Funds Only please.
What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is a special order for items "not yet made" or "not
yet released by their manufacturers".
Many limited edition toys, trading cards, comic books, etc. are sold on
a pre-order basis.
Why are you selling something before it is in stock?
Many products in the collectible industry sell out quickly. Pre-ordering
an item will most likely ensure you receive that product. It will also
allow you to receive the item as soon as it hits our shop.
What if the product does not arrive on time?
Sometimes manufacturers delay their products for various reasons. If it
is delayed for us, then it is delayed for everyone. Also different distributors
receive products at slightly different times and may take longer to ship
to us. These things are out of our control. We ship your Pre-orders as
soon as they arrive.
What if the manufacturer never producers the product or MyPrivateStock
does not receive the product?
Please be aware we have no control over manufacturing problems/changes,
delayed ship dates, inaccurate ship dates given to us, or other instances
that may result in delays of product receipt or possible failure to receive
the product.
If the product is never received my MyPrivateStock, then a full refund
of the payment will be credited back to the customer.
Why is the Shipping and Handling charge slightly more than the
postage charge?
In addition to the postage fee, there is a handling fee. This handling
fee accounts for the time it takes for someone to put your order together,
confirm the contents of your order, package your order, and confirm the
shipping requirements.
Can I cancel my order?
Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. The
payment will be refunded in full only if the pre-order is cancelled within
the 24 hours deadline or if we are not able to fill the order due to unavailability
of the product.
How do I cancel an order?
All cancellation requests must be emailed to mail@myprivatestock.com
with the subject of "Cancellation" and the invoice number must
be provided. Orders without the invoice number will "not" be
cancelled.
Are the products insured during shipping?
Yes, all products are insurance during shipping in an attempt to provide
the best quality product available.
What if the product I received is damaged?
Insurance is applied to all items shipped. MyPrivateStock is not responsible
if an item is damaged in transit to you. Comic books are sent in new unread
conditions. They are "not" guaranteed to be Mint or Near Mint
conditions. Other items such as statues, toys, etc. are not considered
as damaged if they only have a scratch or minor ding (1" or less).
Damaged is considered to be a major flaw, such as a broken arm, leg, etc.
Also a damaged box is not considered a damaged item. If you received a
damaged item, you must notify MyPrivateStock within 72 hours of receiving
the product. MyPrivateStock will then provide to you one of the following
at our discretion:
1. Provide insurance information for you to submit a claim with the shipping
company. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
2. Return the product along with its invoice to MyPrivateStock. Once the
item has been returned, MyPrivateStock will make a determination regarding
the eligibility of a replacement or refund. If we determine the item is
not damaged or was damaged by you, MyPrivateStock reserves the right to
deny the return and will offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.
Is it possible the product was damaged prior to shipping?
Absolutely not.
All orders are inspected thoroughly prior to us shipping the products
to our customers. If MyPrivateStock received a damaged product from the
manufacturer, then MyPrivateStock would have dealt directly with the manufacturer
regarding the damaged item prior to shipping it to our customer. By thoroughly
inspecting all products shipped to our customers along with insuring the
products being shipped to our customers helps us to ensure our customers
can receive the best quality product possible.
