Hello and welcome to MyPrivateStock.
Please browse through our assorted selection and please feel free to email

Our "pre-ordered" products continually change on a monthly basis,
so check back with us often.
All Orders placed on this Website are "PRE-ORDERS".
Pre-orders are special orders for items not yet made or not yet released
by their manufacturers. Many limited edition toys, sports cards, all comic
books, etc. are all sold on a pre-order basis. All pre-orders placed are
subject to the following rules:
Ordering Information
You may place your order online directly onto our secure website, or email
your order to us at: mail@myprivatestock.com.
If ordering by email, please provide a phone number so one of our customer
representatives can contact you regarding your order. It is "not"
recommended that you provide credit card information within your email
for security reasons.
Payment Information
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks, and money orders. Please contact us
via email at: mail@myprivatestock.com
to pay with a check or money order. US Funds Only. Florida Sales Tax will
be added to orders placed by customers residing in the State of Florida.
Cancellations
Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. The
payment will be refunded in full only if the pre-order is cancelled prior
to the 24 hour deadline. All cancellation requests must be emailed to
mail@myprivatestock.com with
the subject of "Cancellation" and the invoice number must be
provided. Orders without the invoice number will not be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued if we are not able to fill the order due to unavailability
of the product. Please note that scheduled delivery times on pre-order
items are estimates that are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over manufacturer delays.
Manufacturers estimate when a product will begin shipping to retailers.
Delays are usually not explained by manufacturers so we usually do not
have information as to why your product was delayed. When you ask us for
a specific ship date, we can only give you our best guess on most occasions.

MyPrivateStock provides all information and services on this web site
(the "Web Site") subject to the terms and conditions (the "Agreement")
set forth herein. By accessing or using MyPrivateStock's Web Site, you

not under the control of MyPrivateStock in any manner whatsoever. Therefore,

Terms of sale.
This Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Agreement") constitutes
a binding legal contract between you and MyPrivateStock . ("MyPrivateStock"),
the owner and operator of the MyPrivateStock.com website (the "Site").
By ordering any product via the Site, you signify your acceptance of this
Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes
to this Agreement will be effective when posted.
This Agreement is intended to supplement the Website Terms of Use. MyPrivateStock
takes the issue of privacy on the Internet very seriously. We do not sell
or exchange your personal information with 3rd parties. Prices for all
items on this site are listed in U.S. dollars.
Product Solicitations
MyPrivateStock is not responsible if a publisher or manufacturer changes
the appearance of a product after it has been solicited. This includes
but is not limited to comic book/trade paperback/hardcover cover images,
content or change in creators. Other products may also differ from the
photos provided, which are only used to represent the quality of the products.
Allocations
MyPrivateStock may from time to time choose to allocate items and/or quantities
of items ordered by our customers.
Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will charge you a $30 fee and
turn the account over to our collection agency in addition to the purchase
price, on EVERY CHARGEBACK ORDER, if we believe you have purchased the
product and did a chargeback in bad faith.
Governing Law/Venue
This Agreement, the entire relationship between you and MyPrivateStock,
and any litigation or other legal proceeding between you and MyPrivateStock
(whether grounded in tort, contract, law or equity) shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida,
without giving effect to its choice of law rules.
Our
Privacy Policy
Our receipt of partial or complete payment for any merchandise is your
acknowledgment that you have read and understood the terms set forth in
the above statement of our policies, and that you agree to abide by them.
